How do I pickup my cheese board? 
UPDATE: Pickup is now at Burn Nutrition at 1345 Opelika Road, Suite E, Auburn, AL 36830 (next to Chicken Salad Chick). 

You will select your pickup date at checkout, and it will be sent in your email order confirmation.  Orders will be available to pickup after 11am each day.

M-F: 6:30a-5p
Sa: 8a-2p
Su: 11a-3p

How to Order?
Our website is where all orders and payments are accepted. At checkout, you will see our available pickup dates.

How much notice should I provide before I order? 
We ask for 48 hours notice for all board and box orders. At the checkout screen, you'll see that dates will no longer be available 48 hours or less. Additionally, if a date is sold out, it will not be an available date option to choose. Grazing tables require at least 7 days notice.  We sell out quickly on major holidays and events - make sure to get your order in asap to secure your spot!

Are crackers included?
Crackers and/or breads are included with all cheese board orders, on the side in a separate container for freshness.  They are appropriate for the serving size of the board purchased.  Extra crackers (serving size of 8) are available for purchase.  Crackers are not included on The Brunch Board.

How long will the board stay fresh?
Our boards are best enjoyed the day of pickup / delivery.  Please let us know in the "Special Requests" field if you will not be eating your board the day it is picked up so we can alter your board ingredients to help preserve freshness.

Will my board look exactly as pictured?
We create our sample pictures as inspiration for what you will receive.  Cheese and meat portions are the same as pictured.  Other ingredients will vary depending on the season and current inventory.

How do I know which size to order?
We always want to make sure you get the right size cheese board for your gathering. We will often ask customers if they want the cheese board to serve as an appetizer or as the main focal part of the meal. All recommended serving sizes are appetizer portion suggestions. If serving as the main meal, consider going a size up.

How long can I leave the board out to graze on?
We recommend pulling your board out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving. You can graze on the board for about 2 hours depending on room temp. Keep temperature in mind for outdoor events, particularly higher temp days. For our catering orders, we do have cooling methods available for extended or outdoor events.

Where are the cheese boards assembled? 

All cheese boards are created in a shared commercial kitchen.  It is inspected by the Lee County Health Department and we are licensed by the City of Auburn and have a Food Permit. Cheese board businesses are similar to restaurants and require the same food guidelines. We want to make sure your food is safe as well as beautiful!

Are you an Auburn University Approved Vendor?
Yes, we are an Approved Vendor for Auburn University.

Do you deliver? 

Yes! If you are within Auburn or Opelika City Limits, it is a $25 delivery fee.  If you are looking for delivery outside of Auburn or Opelika, please email us at auburnboardandbox@gmail.com to discuss. 

If you would like an order delivered, please reach out to us at auburnboardandbox@gmail.com to schedule before you place your order to ensure availability.

Please note that if you select delivery, you must arrange for someone to be home to receive the delivery during the delivery times. These items are perishable and are subject to the elements if they are left outside. We are not held responsible for damaged goods if items are left outside should no one be home. 

Do you offer Grazing Table options?
Yes! We love providing a unique grazing experience for our guests! Our Grazing Tables are based on a per person fee with a 25 guest minimum. If you are interested in a Grazing Table for your next event, please fill out the form on our Catering tab or email us at auburnboardandbox@gmail.com to discuss pricing and options.

Do you offer Returns or Refunds?
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns and there are no refunds if order is cancelled less than 48 hours to pickup or delivery.  Catering orders have different refund policies, please refer to your contract for details.

Do you offer alterations for allergies or food preferences?
We are happy to accommodate many special requests and food allergies.  However, our boards are assembled in a shared commercial kitchen that processes nuts, and other allergens.  While we take every precaution to prevent allergens in your order, it is possible that cross contamination may occur. By purchasing from us, you are confirming that you understand our boxes are not guaranteed to be 100% allergy free / nut free, and that orders require refrigeration upon pick up / delivery.
